my therapist told me learn to calm your own storm instead of venting to other people it sounds therapeutic to let it all out, but you're reinforcing your negative thoughts. it's no one's job but yours to pull you out of your own problems. journal, meditate, exercise and release.
Y’all remember when y’all use to not have no car and God fixed that problem. Remember when y’all was down bad and you asked God to give you a boost and he picked you right back up. God is always gonna be the solution to your problem, so remember to always praise him.
I love falling in love. The butterflies, the late night phone calls, the long video calls, the morning texts, the fun dates, sending tweets and reels, but most of all I love getting to that point where I can truly let my guard down because finally, I feel safe with my own person.
