@stwater Sorry it's your responsibility to deal with this — I know it's not your fault, Phoebe! I tweeted the video publicly because it seemed like the easiest way to get Severn Trent eyes on it after being unable to send the video via message, online form etc. Thank you for the update.
@stwater Workers have hit a water pipe whilst working with a digger at St Chads Farm, SY4 1DG. Copious amounts of water are flooding onto the land. This was reported at 2.30PM but the engineer still hasn't left for this job because it's a 'private' leak (aka not a priority). 1/3
This leak was also immensely difficult to report because the address (not mine!) is not recognised on the @stwater website. You have my personal data which I was required to give in order to report, despite the fact I'm not a customer. It should *not* be this difficult. 3/3
Between dumping sewage in rivers and telling customers to preserve water during the drought whilst *huge* leaks like this go unfixed, Severn Trent's behaviour is disgraceful and infuriating. 2/3
@ASOS More like what isn’t in my wish list! My Master’s degree has totally drained my bank account, so I’d love the chance to sort out my wardrobe 😍 #ThanksItsASOS
@thameswater One of your drivers has been idling outside of my home in Kew for almost an hour. The equipment is not currently in use, so I would really appreciate Thames Water reminding drivers not to idle when it is unnecessary. More than enough pollution here as it is.
