Maybe I'm just skeptical, but I foresee issues with students deciding they've done well enough on paper 1 & CA that they can take it easy for the leaving cert year. Others are wary it will increase pressure in 5th year having an exam. I hope we're both wrong & it works as planned

@chrisloughnane Thanks for that! I ended up manually renaming them anyway which helped to find what could be deleted so worked out as a positive without the need for the "work stuff" folder. Must have selected them somehow though. Will be watching for it in the future!

Crowded desktop. Decided to create a folder to put stuff into and called it work stuff. (Right click, new folder, type "work stuff", return) but somehow it decided to rename everything on my desktop? Ctrl+Z does not work... HOW does this happen?!?

@chrisloughnane I obviously did something in between but it didn't show. Nothing was amiss until it said I needed admin privileges to rename vlc media player at which point the cancel box popped up... so strange and didn't realise could do undo rename until after I tried replicating it

@aidanbreen It eliminated the need for the folder... having to go through them all meant I found what could be deleted. Positives I guess 🤷‍♀️

So it turns out it was topsy that brought in the bird a few weeks ago. We know because today and last Sunday she brought in dead rats. It's probably good she's catching them but I really don't want them in the house!!! (Turns out @KatieCurran18 is a lot braver than I am)

I'm starting to think letting 4 cats move in may have been more than I was ready for. We had one at home when I was young who was a great hunter, she once left a dead rat on the front porch. I'm just hoping this doesn't turn into a competition between all 4 of them.
