@DirtyD_613 The 1/3 thing is misleading... you had to have a PSAC member ID and attend a mandatory info session before you could participate in the strike vote. A lot of people didn’t have PSAC ID’s prior to the strike and/or didn’t attend the session, hence why they couldn't vote.
