‘A MAN who tied up and robbed an elderly lady in her shop was sentenced to eight years.

Paul Rock tied her up, ripped the phone from the wall and took her keys before making off with cash and 20 euro worth of drugs.

The 76-year-old woman had run the shop for 50 years before the attack, but closed the business a month later as she was too nervous to continue trading.
