1. Model intelligence converges: Frontier intelligence converged; price didn't. Multi-step agent workflows consume up to hundreds of times more tokens than basic prompts. What matters is task cost. Claude Fable 5 and GPT-5.6 Sol sit one index point apart at a 3x cost spread. Model selection is now a procurement question, not a capability question.

2. Compute became the landlord. Oracle cut 30k jobs to fund the US$500B Stargate buildout. Anthropic is paying US$1.25 billion a month to lease Colossus compute, ~US$15bn a year, ahead of its planned IPO. It takes ~300 KPMG-scale Agent 365 deployments to cover one lease. That gap between agent revenue and compute cost is the widest spread in the sector.

3. Open weights dethrone flagships. Moonshot AI’s 2.8T Kimi K3 took #1 on the Frontend Code Arena, beating Claude Fable 5. DeepSeek V4 Pro completes a benchmark task for 4-5 US cents, a 20-80x discount to leading proprietary models. China’s open labs now set both the global price floor and are closing fast on the intelligence gap with Western frontier labs.

4. Minds by Animoca Brands gains momentum. On OpenRouter, Minds now ranks #1 in both Creative and Entertainment; #4 in Productivity. It is just behind Openclaw and Hermes for top productivity AI Agents and also in the top 10 globally. Animoca Brands announced the live pilot of new AI-powered commerce capabilities developed in collaboration with Visa for the platform Minds by Animoca Brands. @animocabrands @Visa @hellominds_

5. Agents & trading strategies. Animoca Brands co-invested $1M in https://t.co/3JEoGNueyY under the Minds Investment Programme, demonstrating how persistent, permissioned agents execute autonomous trading strategies. @SuperiorTrade_
