@AmericanAir AA staff members gave this paper eith contact details@of a travel agency that offers hotels at a discount rate. The agency was offering a hotel at a rate $2 off of what was advertised on booking and others. SAD!
@AmericanAir sucks. We’ll miss our connection due to a delayed flight and spend 14hs in an airport waiting for an am flight. They wouldn’t pat a hotel. Sadest thing is that AA staff suggesting twitting as other complain means will likely go ignored.
