Greenfinch in the garden.

The European Greenfinch is about the size of a house sparrow. Males are dull-olive green with greenish-yellow on the breast and rump, and have bright yellow wing flashes. Females are duller in appearance, with less yellow in their plumage.

@RSPBEngland Could you please help me identify what is wrong with this fledgling woodpigeon. I've taken my feeders and water source away in case its canker. Mother still feeding him, and he's flying around the garden fine.

@RSPBEngland A friend of a friend who works at birdworld has said it's Avian Pox. So we have taken all the feeders and water source away for deep cleaning. I just wish I had spotted it when they arrived on Friday. They are still here and mum is feeding the fledgling still.
