The #COVID19 emergency measures must be proportionate and temporary in order to protect the rule of law and each and every one of us. No one should be left behind.
The evidence is that children are not playing a major role in spreading COVID-19-signs like this one in a shop window excluding children should stop- children are not second class citizens
I see a major mistake in this cartoon illustrating the 3 W’s !!! There is no need for a #mask to prevent #Covid_19 when #SocialDistancing is maintained (ie 1.5 to 2 m is clearly enought without any need for a mask !) #evidencebased medicine is key @CDCgov@WHO
Youngest stacked it mid bike ride 😥 Woman in the chemist refused to let me buy wipes & plasters because I only had cash 😑 LOVELY man behind paid, wouldn't take any £ back & told me to get her an ice cream instead. Kindness ALWAYS wins - perfect example for my girls to see 👏
Irish prisons have had no case of COVID. Astonishing work by staff and prisoners using an educational model. Congrats on such good work. @IrishPrisons@CharlieFlanagan
Covid-19. Some of my views on why I think sewage testing is very important. It samples the whole community and will likely give us an early warning before a second wave hits.

Vaccine preventable diseases have not gone away during #Covid19 so it is important that we all continue to play our part and ensure babies can be vaccinated at 2, 4, 6, 12 & 13 months of age
A reminder to #KeepVaccinating from our Director Dr Lucy Jessop

Lots of patients now treated with hydroxychloroquine globally.
It doesn’t seem to work. People on it die more often than those in control/comparator group not taking it. https://t.co/5xKEwdjRVf
Hand hygiene is vital but we don't recommend using gloves while you are out & about. Bugs on gloves can end up on your hands when you take the gloves off & those bugs can very easily end up in your mouth, nose & eyes. It’s much better to clean your hands regularly and properly.
We welcome Minister @SimonHarrisTD announcement about the extension of the flu vaccination programme for the 2020/2021 season & the removal of the fee for people in at risk groups
