What steps did @biosafetynow @UNSW or @TGAgovua take to show to the public that a gene therapy (mRNA with plasmid DNA contamination) containing a non-human genomic sequence of >1000nt

1⃣ does not insert into the genome as any linearised DNA will
2⃣ is not functional through >2 cell passages
3⃣ does not disrupt the genome of non-immortalised cell lines
4⃣ does not show carcinogenicity or genotoxicity in appropriate cell studies
5⃣ is not inheritable in gametes in the presence of LNP
