Here we have @kosmofoto Mono 100 in a Minox B spy camera. Figured it was on theme! Agent Shadow next?
First time using 510 Pyro too. 0.5ml of developer at 1:100. Had to use a syringe π.
@expiredfilmclub@_DevonR It's a Hit type camera that shoots square frames. Fun to use, but lower quality, fewer books/online resources, and more difficult to split, load, and develop than a Minox if you're looking into subminiature cameras nowadays :)

@RobEarlam@abstractfoundry@Kickstarter If you need any help, I have this running on a Pi 4B on 64-bit Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS (server) - manually compiled and built. I'd like to add some building instructions to the repo as I had quite a bit of fiddling to do! My aim is to add the Pi to my k3s cluster eventually.
@es5nhc Hello and thanks for the link! I'm currently on holiday staying in VÀÀgvere and we have no power (or running water, but that might just be us). Is this common after lightning storms? Does it take long to resolve?
@Malienware Do you have your trowel from school? I still remember Mr Sprake telling us that when the neighbour's dog gives you a surprise you can use the trowel to give it right back. Seems relevant here, it might just take a while.
@ZDP189 Hello! Looks to me like you might have dust in the calibration area, it's on the hinge-side of the glass where there's a cutout on the 800/850 standard film holders. Might be able to see it by shining a torch on it?
@timdobbsphoto Fantastic. I was at Bloodstock the year Dio passed away and there were several dedications, including this cover of Catch The Rainbow by Opeth. It was very atmospheric and the crowd was enthralled. Link below if you would like to listen. π π

@PrinterAttic The models from HF are surprisingly excellent. We've got a batch for our group and they all came out very well. They've since added coloured options too!
@attiegrande It's a good proof of concept! Mine was a string of https://t.co/8LKpL08mq1 cable tied to a plastic pipe inside a clear length of hose. It was probably the last electronics thing I actually worked on. https://t.co/NrESCGysmL
@attiegrande I always found moving in a straight line and moving at the right speed super difficult :(. Abstract is a lot easier! This one was a 1x30 (maybe?) bar showing a colour rainbow jpg column by column with the first RPi https://t.co/ipIO8O5jfj
A while back I finished scanning a lot of old Kodachrome slides from around 1956 to around 1985. I have these left over after putting the slides in a binder. Does anyone have a use for them? Feels odd to throw them away.
The Shard from Rotherhithe, London. Shot with a Minox B on the sprocket holes of 35mm @KodakProFilmBiz Ektar 100 hand sliced into 9.2mm strips and loaded into a Minox cassette.
Developed in the Minox daylight development tank with @TetenalUK C-41 kit.
@PrinterAttic @benhigh@TheDoctorBaker@EffinPeej The dndbeyond character creator tool walks you through everything quite nicely, but the starter set has pregenerated characters if you want to jump right in. Just pick a name!
@PrinterAttic @benhigh@TheDoctorBaker@EffinPeej The basic rules are free online, https://t.co/oYuSeCiam4, and the Player's Handbook builds on this a lot.
I enjoyed The Lost Mine of Phandelver as a good starter adventure.
I've been using the dndbeyond app over physical books because it's all hyperlinked and searchable.
@TobyVPhoto @PolaRooS On a grill, try Portobello mushrooms upside down with thinly sliced garlic and a little rosemary, wrapped in tin foil while cooking. Or, genuinely, cauliflower steaks (spice rubbed cauliflower slices) make a great patty replacement.
@TobyVPhoto @PolaRooS I've preferred the Linda McCartney's sausages to others I've tried. For a BBQ, things like buffallo cauliflower wings (https://t.co/O4xPJTTiPc) or a DIY burger (https://t.co/dVoxRXf7Sk) would be awesome if you've got e.g. a cast iron skillet. They'd fall apart on a grill.
@cpindell1 @mhpstudio@calor_gas_terry @goshirokuro @JohnBrownlow thanks for the ideas! I'll take a look for a 1.5 inch cap. Meanwhile, I found that the cap of a larger unbranded tank, while it doesn't seal, is watertight if I squeeze it during inversions. That'll do in a pinch!
DIY photography friends, please help! Is there a way to make a cap for this Kindermann single reel developing tank that would be watertight? Alternatively, does anyone know if the cap sizes on all the tanks were the same?
