@SkyHelpTeam Hi I work in the NHS as a key worker (Porter).. Our Sky Q has frozen we had some help from Sarej today but alas still not fixed .. He is hoping to get a new box to us next week but won’t know until Monday if not can’t get an engineer until 13th June?? Please help 😢
