#Qantas worst airline, travelling alone with a 9 month old, flight delayed, missed direct flight from Perth to London which I paid $4k+ and had a business upgrade on. Moved me to Emirates with 2 extra flights, didn’t honour the upgrade, had to hold my baby the entire way.@Qantas
