Why is there no information despite your promises of improved information every year?

@trishdeaken - hey quick bit of info for you. When the trains are screwed, you can often use Platform 1 for a loop service via Crayford or Barnehurst to get to London. If you need Abbey Wood granted that’s no good.
I’ve done that in the past but staff should be informing that.

@trishdeaken @Se_Railway I’ve just complained the same thing. The platform guy said there were plenty of updates - automated ones informing us the train was delayed which we’d all worked out after 30mi s. Incompetence

@Se_Railway The seats on the class 376 are seriously uncomfortable due to the awful angle of the back part. Ideally refit them with the Networker seats or class 375.

@HiLadyredbrush @Se_Railway We’ll raise you on that. We’ve only got 4 coaches and with an earlier (as useful) cancelled Thameslink, this one can’t be boarded after just the 1st stop…. Anyone out there with 2 coaches? @TLRailUK
