This week is not starting too well with a service cancellation today due to « planning error ».

@TLRailUK every other Tuesday, the 8.16am ThamesLink from Dartford is cancelled. It’s impossible to rely on this service to commute to work. What is the reason of the cancellation of service and measures taken to improve it ? 50% is really poor.

@TLRailUK This is the 2nd cancellation this week. On Monday it was due to a problem at the depot. This rush hour train isn’t reliable at all.

@Se_Railway Dartford is only 11 min away from the Elizabeth Line in Abbey Wood. Now thanks to the new timetable, it’s a nightmare to get to in the morning.
Can’t rely on Thameslink for the 8.17, so why cancelling the 8.21 ?
Tomorrow’s 8.16 Thameslink already cancelled …
