@NealBruceBC I found Ne1 quickly, but I didn't even see that it threatens the queen. Neither did I notice Rh2. Now, after Ne1 Rh2, what about Re5, threatening Qg2+! Rxg2 Nf3+ Kh1 Rh5+ ?
If after Re5 Qe4 Rxe4 Nxe4 (otherwise maybe Re4-e5-h5) Rd1!? again hreatening Qg2+ Rxg2 Nf3+ with mate

@GatoFranco90 First try was Ba6 Rb4. Then I looked at Bg4 Bf4, missing that Bf3 is mate. Looked at other moves by the bishop before coming back to Bg4. I'm 2300 Fide.
