📌El Jurado de Enjuiciamiento de Magistrados abrió investigación de oficio contra la fiscala adjunta María Soledad Machuca Vidal por su actuación en el caso del presunto título falso del exdiputado Hernán Rivas.

AHORA | JEM abre investigación a adjunta y a fiscales que "cajonearon" denuncia contra Rivas

➡️El Jurado de Enjuiciamiento de Magistrados (JEM) abrió de oficio una investigación previa para indagar por presunto mal desempeño a la fiscal Adjunta Soledad Machuca y a los fiscales que habrían "cajoneado" una denuncia contra el exsenador Hernán Rivas (ANR), quien fue denunciado ya en el 2020 pero imputado recién en el 2024 por otra denuncia sobre su título de abogado.

➡️El órgano juzgador enviará oficios para solicitar copias íntegras de la carpeta fiscal y del expediente judicial de la causa contra Rivas. Además, solicitará un uniforme al Ministerio Público sobre el tema.

A ransomware group that only surfaced in mid-2025 has already made a significant mark on the threat landscape. The Gentlemen, a ransomware-as-a-service (RaaS) operation, has quickly risen to become one of the most active ransomware programs in the world, with around 332 published victims in just the first five months of 2026 alone.

The group’s preferred method for breaking into a target’s network starts at the perimeter. Their main focus is on exposed edge devices such as Fortinet FortiGate VPN appliances and Cisco systems, which are commonly found at the entry points of corporate networks.
