OHCAR has provided over a decade of data on regional cardiac arrest incidence and outcomes. Perhaps the most impressive achievement of @PHECC @cathal1972 @CFRIreland &@NAS is the 84% rate of bystander CPR being achieved in out of hospital cardiac arrests in Ireland. Phenomenal!
