@stetsblake Solid thinking Stetson!
I also like the VPN functionality that blocks websites on a schedule or according to usage โ I almost started paying for a service but for now just doing my utmost to make social media hard to access for example,
Just an idea :)
Loving @doctor_reef 's videos on incorporating swiss balls and bosu balls into my workouts for added real-world anti-fragility workouts,
Here is a real world application: https://t.co/YJaMsh4wai
Additionally adding a randomizer app to no longer do the workout I "feel like"
@antonkudin@wacom Hey Anton, this happens to me 2. Tried installing the .41 drivers just now, letโs see what happens. Good thing Iโm not the only one, I thought it might be my external keyboard

@jplattel @context_ing Thanks for this tip! I like it because you remap outside of the app so it gives you a layer of protection from updating and changes.
Do you do a simple remap like: When I press A, send keyboard stroke B ?
By unearthing the reasons why we do something we can focus and distill their power to squeeze more force out of the things that drive us and thus accomplish more of the right things.
Listening to the latest @MichaelPhelps interview on @tferriss he talks a lot about how the discouraging comments from opponents or people in the media propelled him to succeed.
That made me think of how often we forget to articulate why we do things, thoughts on how to solve:
2. Additionally: What makes me stagnate? Or, in other words: What is currently contributing to me not moving forward. For example misspent twitter time, health issues.
Two important ways of getting into the meat of it:
1. Articulate both the positive reasons why you do something, but also what negative reasons, for example: Because others will criticize, because this guy told me it was stupid and I want to show him.
First you can unearth the reasons you do what you do by simply looking at what you have done over the last day, week, month, ask yourself:
- Why did I go out running today?
- Why do I listen to podcasts?
