I love building beautiful and useful products. Currently building pikMenu for hands-on breakfast, brunch & bistro owners who care deeply about what they serve.
Prepaid Meta Ads creates dozens of tiny receipts. 150 euro spend equals 120 euro accounting, and receipt reference numbers don’t match the prepaid invoice. @finkd
@waqas_193 Exactly. That’s the issue - one €150 top-up ends up generating dozens of separate tax invoices that my accountant has to process. I’d much rather have one consolidated monthly invoice.
@waqas_193 That doesn’t match what Meta issued me. The €150 top-up has no company name, VAT ID, invoice number or reverse-charge info. The €4–€7 documents do — including individual invoice numbers.
@waqas_193 Thanks - I get that the small receipts are draws against the prepaid balance. My issue is accounting: the receipt references don’t tie back to the prepaid document. In the EU, can your accountant book the €150 top-up once and use the spend export as support?
A better way to show your menu.
pikMenu is built for breakfast spots, brunch places & bistros.
No ordering. No app. No complexity.
Just a beautiful visual menu with photos, multiple languages and one link for QR, Google Maps, Instagram or your website.

@klarnaseb Hi Sebastian, it’s totally fine - no worries at all.
I can’t imagine what you’re dealing with as the CEO of a company growing this fast. I really appreciate you taking the time to look into it.
Wishing you all the best on the journey ahead.
Final update: I uninstalled Klarna. Clearly not their ICP.
I screenshotted my loyalty barcodes and moved them to free SuperCards.
SMS finally worked, then Klarna asked me to create another long safety PIN with a whole list of rules.
That was the last straw.
@AskKlarna Guys, I’m not your customer anymore — no stress. I hope you fix the customer leakage from former Stocard. Then buy SuperCards too, just don’t lock us out of our loyalty barcodes 😂 And when @klarnaseb becomes a billionaire, feel free to send me $1M + lunch at McDonald’s in NYC.
@AskKlarna The irony is pretty hard to miss: you can respond on X within minutes when the issue is public, but after 2 days nobody has downloaded the video I sent or replied to my email.
That’s reputation management, not customer support. Completely wrong focus.
@klarnaseb@AskKlarna Thanks for the effort. Nobody told me this had changed, so I tried it myself. I’m not going through security torture and creating another “strong PIN” just to scan a loyalty barcode. SuperCards shows my cards in one tap, no security. That’s how I want it.
@klarnaseb Please fix Klarna’s password or PIN reset flow. Every time I try to open my Klarna card at checkout, I’m asked for a code I don’t remember, and there’s no simple way to change it. I end up waiting for an SMS at the register just to use my card! VERY FRUSTRATING!
@AskKlarna@davidfock@klarnaseb@David Sure — just give me a simple email address where I can send you a normal phone video via WeTransfer. That would be much easier than going through another support flow.
