@soundonsoundmag It’s hard to think that Bob’s SSL and all of the customised gear he had and relied on to make classic records may have burned in the fire. Millions of dollars of studio gear with unique sonics.

@stevethewall The only explanation I can come up with as to why is modern attention span. But in a production sense too bass lines are gone, no guitar solos, no key changes, no middle 8 etc.
