@sainsburys Lack of response from @sainsburys even after a DM request. Every cloud has a silver lining. Took the bottles back, got a refund & found there was an additional £6 off each bottle plus the 25% off. Great for me, short sighted & poor customer service by Sainsburys
@sainsburys I have never experienced such lack of customer service & disregard to brand loyalty. Order 6 bottles of Champagne at your buy 6 & get 25% off. You deliver 5 due to you lack of stock & have the audacity to charge me full price. Told to go to store for refund!
