🇬🇧🇷🇺 Tucker dropped a comparison that should make every free person stop cold: Britain throws three times as many people in jail for social media posts as Russia does... and Britain’s population is less than half the size.
Russia’s actually at war. But Britain’s at war with mean tweets.
So who’s the real totalitarian state here?
“You can watch British television in Russia. You cannot watch Russian television in Britain.”

Sunburn is a fat going rancid inside you, and the compound it produces has a name.
4-hydroxynonenal. An aldehyde. Measurable, published, sitting in the literature for forty years.
It does not come from nowhere. It is a breakdown product of omega-6.
Specifically linoleic acid and the arachidonic acid your body makes from it.
Linoleic acid has two double bonds. Every double bond is a weak point where oxygen gets in.
Saturated fat has none. Monounsaturated has one and it is hard to reach.
Your cell membranes are built from whatever fat you have been eating, on a turnover of roughly two years.
Ultraviolet light hits the skin and strips a hydrogen off one of those weak points.
That starts a chain reaction called lipid peroxidation, and a chain reaction does not need more light to continue. It propagates on its own.
The chain breaks the fatty acid apart. Out come 4-hydroxynonenal and malondialdehyde.
Those aldehydes cross-link proteins, damage DNA and trigger the inflammatory cascade.
The redness, the heat, the swelling, the peeling. That is the immune response to the wreckage, not the sunlight itself.
More linoleic acid in the membrane means more fuel in the fire.
Linoleic acid in American body fat ran at about 9 per cent in 1959 and reached 21 per cent by 2008.
Your grandfather worked outdoors all day in a vest and came home brown, on membranes built from lard, butter and dripping.
He was less flammable, and nobody had told him he was doing anything brave.
Four grams of omega-3 a day let volunteers take 36 per cent more UV before burning. Fish oil cut the inflammatory signal in irradiated human skin by more than 60 per cent.
Sunlight is not the accelerant. It is the ignition.
Fifty years of advice about what to spread on your skin, and not one word about what you built it out of.
If your face is puffy, it's cortisol.
If your belly won't shift, it's cortisol.
If you're wired but tired, it's cortisol.
Here's how to fix all three at once:
1. No food 3 hours before bed.
Kim Dotcom knows what it’s like to be spied on. He’s a hacker, and therefore an expert on digital surveillance. He watched our new docuseries on internet privacy, so we invited him to talk to us. What followed was very dark. Watch:
Minuto 7-9 → Cierre
Escribe debajo:
“¿Qu información me faltaba hoy?”
Y cierra el cuaderno.
Hazlo esta noche.
Mañana te despiertas más ligero.
Guarda este post.
Pruébalo 3 noches.
Luego cuéntame qué pasó.
🇫🇷🇸🇾 This abandoned mansion outside Paris once belonged to Rifaat al-Assad, the man they called the Butcher of Hama.
He was Assad's uncle and Hafez’s brother. Yes, uncle of the fmr. Syrian president.
After Syria pushed him out in the 1980s he turned this sprawling estate into his private playground of luxury while thousands back home paid the price.
French courts eventually seized the whole place after convicting him of laundering money stolen from the Syrian people.
Now the indoor pool sits cracked and dry, the stables are rotting, and the rooms are trashed.
Explorers just walked through the ruins of one of the clearest symbols of how the Assad family turned public funds into private palaces.

ok this might be the most aggressively american startup i’ve ever seen 🇺🇸
> they’re trying to build nuclear reactors 100x faster than the nuclear industry ever has
> the founder isaiah taylor grew up on food stamps + dropped out of high school at 16
> his great-grandfather literally worked on the manhattan project
> generations later isaiah built a working nuclear reactor before turning 28 and named it “ward” after him
> the pentagon used 3 military c-17s to airlift the reactor 700 miles from california to utah in a first-of-its-kind mission
> the company culture is hardcore americana
> they hold bible studies, offer raw milk, love fast cars + have a cigar lounge
> plus 4 gigantic patriotic paintings of columbus discovering america, the pilgrims arriving on the mayflower, the signing of the declaration + the constitutional convention
> they sued the nuclear regulatory commission for slowing them down
> valar's end goal is to build the same reactor thousands of times across nuclear “gigasites” to make energy 10x cheaper
> then they'll use that energy to pull carbon out of thin air and turn it into oil and gas for supreme energy abundance
> just raised $1b at a $6b valuation to scale it
> if valar pulls it off, isaiah’s family will have helped usher in both of america’s atomic ages
yeah this gets my vote for most badass startup of the year
I'm a former Citadel quant who covered power & gas.
There's constant talk about chips & memory, but power is the central bottleneck for AI.
Very few people understand it, so I'm posting a canonical primer on power pricing & data centers: https://t.co/LO5ovj2imA
My boss borrowed my iPhone for "2 minutes".
He's ex-FBI cyber.
He gave it back and whispered: "Bro... turn off #3 right now. They're tracking everything."
Apple won't tell you this.
5 settings in iOS 26 that are spying on you:
Uruguay is the new Europe for second residency.
- Spain ended its golden visa in April 2025
- Portugal killed the real estate route to residency in 2023
- Greece raised its golden visa to €800,000 in high-demand areas
- Ireland shut down its investor program in 2023, the UK in 2022
- Malta's citizenship by investment program was struck down by the EU court
Every year the price goes up and more doors close.
South America now has the opportunity Europe used to have.
Uruguay asks for no investment at all. No property purchase, no fund subscription, no six figure anything.
You apply once, and what you get is permanent residency from day one. Not a temporary permit you renew every year and hope gets extended.
You also don't have to move there. You fly to Montevideo, file your application in one day, get a temporary ID on the spot, and then you can leave the country. Six to twelve months later, your permanent residency comes through approved.
To keep it, you enter Uruguay once every three years.
And Uruguay is the country you actually want as your backup. Ranked as the safest country in Latin America. 400 miles of Atlantic coastline. Uninterrupted democracy since 1985.
Citizenship is available if you do move to Uruguay. Eligibility comes after 5 years of living in Uruguay for over 6 months per year. If you're living there with family, the clock goes from 5 years to just 3 years.
Not to mention taxes. Europe takes 50%. Move to Uruguay and your foreign income is officially taxed at 0% for the first 11 years, with easy options to stay at 0% afterward.
Send me a DM and I'll answer any questions you have and get you started on residency.
High cortisol adds 5 years to your face.
It destroys insulin, gives you a puffy face and belly, and even shrinks your brain.
Here are the 6 tips to fix it (according to science):
1. Stop working out at 7 pm.
Gabor Maté warns that being “too nice” quietly wears your body down.
You say “yes” when your body screams “no”—then smile and stuff your real feelings.
6 ways “kindness” keeps cortisol chronically high:
A Stanford neuroscientist warns high cortisol wrecks your memory, enlarges your fear center, and leaves your brain feeling broken.
If I wanted to fix it naturally, I'd do these 7 things every day:
1. No food 3 hours before bed.
🚨 The City of London Is Preparing for the Biggest Financial Bloodbath in Decades
A high-level figure from the City of London @LordBelgrave just broke silence.
The City Of London isn’t just a financial district. It’s a separate jurisdiction, with its own police and military system, effectively a country of its own at the center of London, controlled by an elite global network that no government fully oversees… and it runs global finance.
This man has sat in the closed-door meetings for decades.
Every time he quietly shared what was discussed behind those doors, it eventually played out exactly as he said.
Look at his previous post. He laid out the exact sequence:
Oil turmoil → Yen carry trade unwind → liquidity crisis → systemic event.
He had even posted the Euro sign with Japanese yen. Today, Washington has stepped in hard, dumping euros to buy yen, coordinating with the Bank of Japan, while Japan (and others) dump dollars.
It’s happening in real time.
His latest image.. two swans, both bleeding is the clearest signal yet:
THE CITY OF LONDON IS PREPARING FOR A FULL BLOODBATH.
The pressure is so extreme they’re intervening to stop the cascade.
The elites already know. They’re positioned.
The bloodbath is no longer a theory. The Fiat Era is nearing its implosion.
