@AM800News Simple, our mayor, who is also a lawyer, decided he didn't want the liability for the city. It also sounds like he was concerned about covid-19 spreading. I don't think it's that hard to understand! As long as they institute safety measures I'm sure everything will work out.

I just don't understand the foot dragging that has caused these blockades.
The Canada I can be proud of doesn't treat the indigenous peoples like second class citizens without title to their own land.
UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, Article 10:
