@MuscleB1ueprint I've been doing this shit for 15 years. I've been doing crossfit 6 days a week. My dead hang is 90 seconds everyday. I'm 58. Shit is not the same. I'm so sore and its so much harder than it used to be. I'm sure it helps & I'm still fit. Sore all the time & struggle each day.
