It was actually making a left turn where it was at before the intersection. It didn’t have any vision of the truck until the truck got into the frame. But it did do a good job of backing up for it still.

Tesla FSD dashcam of the car stopping way short at an intersection for a red left light. Semi truck approaching from the left makes a wildly wide and fast right turn that was only possible due to the Tesla short stop.
