Uber passenger: "Love your Tesla. But how often do you have to find a place to charge it?"
Me: "I never have to find any place, I don't use public chargers. I charge out of my garage wall, just like you do your iPhone at home."
Uber passenger: "Well how much does that increase your power bill?"
Me: "I don't know, how much does your iPhone increase your power bill?
Uber passenger: "Uhhhhhh, well, I don't know."
Me: "Yeah, me neither. It's that negligible and unimportant."
Uber passenger: "Ok, but what about battery fires? I know they catch fire all the time. How many batteries have you gone through?"
Me: "12"

Nobody wants to get out of this tree. We are fine up here. Why would we want to get down and have to learn to walk upright. Stay up here in the tree with the rest of us.
What we need are longer sticks to get more ants out of the tree sap….
Nobody wants a city on Mars. Nobody wants AI in every app. Nobody wants data centers in space. Nobody wants humanoid robots or flying cars.
We want clean water. We want a stable climate. We want a habitable planet. We want wildlife to survive. We want to live.
New here? I'm Emi, an Israeli guy in Texas. I post Elon and Tesla, Israel, Trump and Europe falling apart, all with jokes. If u're tired of news that sounds like a funeral, hit follow 🚀
"I have nothing but UTTER CONTEMPT for the virtue-signaling evil warmongers who push for endless slaughter and offer no realistic solution to the conflict. May you burn in hell."
God bless Elon! Someone of his stature needed to say this.
And if you comment back at me with something hateful, make sure you also include which military unit you were in, which combats zone you served, and how many children you have in the military. It will be much easier for me to know who to tell to go fuck themselves.
Correct.
Using Starlink, a civilian commercial service, for offensive drone strikes to kill people has never been allowed, nor should it be.
Starshield, a different system, is controlled by the US government. What they decide to do is up to them.
Ukraine military violated Starlink terms of service and used it for offensive drone strikes to kill people. That loophole was closed last week.
Starlink remains critical to the defense of Ukraine, as it is the only system that cannot be jammed or blown up, at least for now. Were Starlink to be turned off, the Ukrainian front line would collapse immediately. This is NOT a threat, it is simply a statement of fact.
Starlink was also crucial to preventing Russia from overrunning Ukraine in the early days of the war, as all other means of communication were destroyed or jammed by Russia.
SpaceX has done more to defend Ukraine than any private company on Earth BY FAR.
That said, I have nothing but UTTER CONTEMPT for the virtue-signaling evil warmongers who push for endless slaughter and offer no realistic solution to the conflict. May you burn in hell.
End of story.

The only legitimate argument to make against SpaceX guidance for both SI and Connectivity is that agentic demand is nearing its S curve slow down in growth.
If you don’t use it then this seems like a reasonable risk and waiting for an imminent bubble makes sense, if you use agents like grok bot regularly, this is absolutely laughable. Most people simple have not used it enough to feel the how much growth is ahead of us. In that paradigm it’s far more comfortable to explain the excitement from those who use it as tulip mania style hype, than their own time or skill constraints have kept them from seeing the truth.
I've seen two @robotaxi#Cybercabs in @roundrock over the past few days. We are not in the Austin service area, per the RT app. I can only assume that soon, we will be.
AI Bubble? 😂
$AMZN is sold out. AWS 2026 capacity: gone. 2027 gone, 2028 nearly all gone.
The biggest cloud on Earth is rationing compute. Bubbles don't have waitlists.
@Investanswers And they're blocking AI agents from being able to use their platform. Which means they will have to come out with one themselves. Soon. Which means more internal needs for compute to add on top of this. And on, and on, and on.....
The state of our politics today:
"How dare Elon Musk not unilaterally circumvent the Department of War and let this tech be used to go on the offensive to kill more 18 year olds!"
In the immortal words of Bill Shakespeare, a pax on all of your fucking houses.
