@HumzaYousaf @jasonleitch we still don’t have answers or clarity! Track & Trace can’t transfer us to some1 who deals with Omicron! Unclear guidance available. Mixed messages from schools/workplace etc. We all tested negative, do we still need to self isolate or not?

@HumzaYousaf appreciate you are very busy. However we need clarity on omnicron isolation. We got pinged and self isolated. Went for PCR and it’s negative. However school saying our child still needs to isolate despite neg test but track & trace say no mention of it on file?
