Apparently @Ryanair on their 18:10 flight from Madrid to Stansted don’t employ cleaners - and “it’s not the cabin crews job” to make sure the plane has a basic level of cleanliness and hygiene. And not space to get a small bag in overhead lockers 🤷
After a lot of hard work from friends across the industry I’m so pleased with how the this has come together!! Hopefully some ideas and thoughts that help turn the urban centre narrative around, focussing on potential not lamenting loss
(Some of) the lovely @hornesection accosted in the street by my wife pre-show. Doesn’t seem to have put them off - fabulous first half - here’s to the second!
22 years is a long time to wait, but it’s great to be back! Excited, apprehensive but most of all proud to see the club I’ve grown up loving back in the big time #IPSLIV - surely not the only 🚜 boy in Rochester??
Not the usual venue or digital hoarding for a property event - looking forward to joining @AYUKViews colleagues and industry peers for some interesting discussions.

Delighted to be leading this work for @AYUKViews with our good friends @MaccLav - really fascinating place with an incredible history + unique qualities. Working with the community sensitive evolution can really improve the resilience + opportunities for the whole Island
Not a bad spot to listen my colleagues from @AYUKViews give a masterclass on using public sector assets and investment to unlock regeneration, deliver great services and generate sustainable income
Affordable workspace provision has never been so important a tool in maintaining a healthy economic ecosystem. Providing space for creative, community and commercial endeavour that is the life blood of our local economies. Give our series a read to learn more!
🏢 In the second of our five-part blog series on #affordableworkspace with Meanwhile Space and 5th Studio, Patrick Ransom sets out why affordable workspace is needed. He explains why it is more important than ever, given the ever-rising inflation. https://t.co/1VTmxwRswC
The night time is as important as the day when it comes to vibrant, vital and successful places and can deliver a whole host of other benefits. If you want to discuss this or any other #regeneration issues catch my colleague Patrick at #spaceuk today! https://t.co/qGiGrvCqwV
A week on from @centreforlondon's #doeslondonwork Conference I had some thoughts + reflections to share. A really interesting day but I can't help think a major change in how we think + communicate is needed if we're to affect change to help Londoners. https://t.co/vBpwiHnfB5
Looking forward to a day of discussion about how London can better deliver for all its residents, businesses and communities and - as importantly - how it can continue to deliver for the rest of the UK. Never has such a discussion seemed so timely or necessary #doeslondonwork
Job done! Over 100k run, nearly 2kg in weight shed and a sense of delight that I’ve contributed (a little) something to @RNLI - sponsorship still open!! https://t.co/5BTUZ9dcTc
First contribution to my @RNLI 100k in September challenge. What better way to start than a run to @GravesendRNLI (and back!). 16k down, 84k to go #sponsormeplease https://t.co/5BTUZ9cF3E
Begs the question (which is sort of relevant for my work) how can we grow domestic tourism, capitalise on a grown interest in our ‘natural’ spaces and revitalise our coastal towns if we can’t even guarantee clean water to splash around in. Hugely shortsighted economically!
Beautiful. Just a shame I don’t feel comfortable going in the sea after MPs voted to allow untreated sewage to be discharged into waterways + the whole coast has a risk warning. As a confident/regular swimmer and SUP user (and father to a son who loves a paddle) this appalls me
