@a_rochalima @LoisVallely agree with Amyr. I’d say that advice can be a little more transactional whereas planning wraps around the client. Planning goes beyond the products/funds, which are a means to an end. Generally involves a more meaningful conversation 👍

@AlanJLSmith Agree totally @AlanJLSmith I know of a couple of recent enquiries where we’ve not won the client work because they preferred another adviser who was promising “graphs/projections etc” before a full FF or agreeing fees. Seems bizarre - hope it’s not a trend
