I am only going to get more hardcore from here . I want it to be a meme to add my music to rhythm games in the future because there's no way to adapt one of my tracks without the chart being genuinely hell on earth .
I think of this tweet a lot because I really do wonder where do we go from here . like the sound palette is so specific but so beautiful how do we get more out of this without sounding like what sewerslvt clones are to ambient jungle . but maybe I'd love a SOPHIE clone like .
@sicksadchris the listings I done seen for that full moon vinyl acting like it's the voyager golden record or sum like for what purpose is it 300 did they press like 3 of them wtf
music promo sucks because the real best website to share shit is tumblr but literally only aesthetically. I can't do this on twitter but also literally nobody gives a fuck on tumblr . one note DOWN
exigences which I'm sure the OG poster understands if their tea was not getting clocked down . I do think that they are wrong but that is not my or their problem like period
see I think this is a fun analysis it's just it reveals that at the end of the day music is subjective and people are going to hear things differently. I really love aquaphoria and I find the space in between elements to be beautiful and this person finds it less so. that's fine
as much as i see how minimalism can be a great approach to music, i am left feeling underwhelmed by yet another kelela single. the elements she picks to structure the song around are intriguing, but she doesnt build upon them and, once again, there is not a strong melody thats+
I think we have to move away from objective language. "The melody" VS "the melody to me". everyone hears music differently there's no such thing as objectivity when looking at music I'd really want people to talk about how releases made them feel amongst their own
