The 😱 results are in...

Ignoring calls to reject gas projects in the PCI list, 431 MEPs chose to back gas & disregard the urgency of the #ClimateCrisis!

When did the @EUEnvironment's #EUCRA point out that Europe was 'the fastest-warming continent in the world' again⁉️

Week 270. Today we strike in solidarity with Palestine and Gaza. The world needs to speak up and call for an immediate ceasefire, justice and freedom for Palestinians and all civilians affected.

Rally in #solidarity with #Palestine we held in #Zagreb #Croatia on October 25 ✊️ Around 750 people gathered to say #endwar #EndOccupation #FreePalestine 🍉 #CeaseFireInGaza #CeasefireNOW

[Mohammed El-Kurd @m7mdkurd]

A ceasefire is the immediate demand of the people in Gaza and the bare minimum. If you’re refusing to heed their calls because it’s a “liberal ask,” take a hard look at your breathing family. Look out your window: there is no white phosphorus. Consider the weight of 4651 killed.

We're at the demo in the heart of #Vienna to block the #EuropeanGasConference. No more pipelines + LNG terminals. We've got the real solutions #climatejustice #blockgas

[@dontgasafrica.bsky.social @DontGasAfrica]

The #EuropeanGasConference represents a systematic plan to lock Africa into a fossil fuel future. We say NO!
Africa’s resources cannot be decided on behalf of Africa while she is not present. #DontGasAfrica

Gas is not clean.
Gas is not green.
Africa wants renewable energy.

Today marks the beginning of the end of this fossil gas madness. This must be the last European Gas Conference! We will reclaim the power! #BlockGas #EndGas #w2703 6/6

Solidarity with the #blockgas protesters in Vienna!✊

While lobbyists concoct expansion plans at the #EuropeanGasConference, 100s of activists speak truth to power.

Industry's lies and lock-ins will NOT get us out of this crisis.
People power and people's solutions will!

To international media:

1) abolishing morality police in Iran is disinformation but it shows the fear of the regime.

2) Regime’s empty promises are a sign of desperation that the uprising continues

3) People are united in their demand for an end to Islamic Republic

Europe's leaders are meeting later today for the European Council Summit in Prague to discuss the #EnergyCrisis... What will they choose - the #fossilgas industry or people and the planet?

[Pascoe Sabido @pascoesabido]

Outside the German chancellors office in Berlin. Will Olaf Scholz fund more fossil gas or clean energy?
