One thing I do love about Gaban’s character is that his relationship with Luffy and how he treats him is already completely different to how Rayleigh and Shanks treat him

Rayleigh and Shanks are friendly towards Luffy and treat him like a kid but Gaban more-so treats him the same way Garp does by giving him some tough love rather than babying him
