Most blockchains execute transactions one after another.

That works, but it can become a bottleneck when applications need to process large numbers of transactions at the same time.

@Bitroot_ approaches this with parallel execution.

Instead of treating every transaction the same, it analyzes dependencies and identifies transactions that can be executed simultaneously.

My Study Role Journey -Day 2

Yesterday, I talked about COMMUNITY, right? 👀

They say a tree can’t make a forest.

That got me thinking…

A community can’t stand strong if there are no people willing to build, manage, support, guide and grow it.

And that’s where my interest in Community Management comes in.

Some of you might be wondering:

“Imma 🩵, what exactly is this Community Management you chose?”

Okay, let me clear the confusion. 👇

So, what is Community Management?

Community management is basically about building and maintaining relationships between a project and its community.

It’s not just replying “GM” every morning. 😂

It’s about making people feel welcomed, heard, informed and safe while helping the community grow.

And in Web3, this can be a very important role because communities are often the heart of a project.

Some roles of a Community Manager include:

→ Welcoming and onboarding new members
→ Answering questions and guiding people
→ Sharing important updates and information
→ Managing Discord, Telegram or other community platforms
→ Keeping conversations active and meaningful
→ Organising AMAs, events and community activities
→ Listening to community feedback
→ Helping resolve conflicts and misunderstandings
→ Watching out for scammers, spam and harmful activities
→ Creating an environment where people can connect and contribute

But beyond all these tasks…

I think a good Community Manager needs something deeper:

Communication.
Patience.
Empathy.
Consistency.
And a genuine interest in people.

Because you’re not managing numbers.
You’re managing PEOPLE.
And that’s what makes this role interesting to me.

I’m still learning, still observing, still building.

I thought I was just learning how to make websites.

Day 2 of learning frontend development humbled me a little 😭

I spent today trying to understand what actually happens when I type a website into Chrome.

Apparently, the page I see isn’t just magically there.

My browser asks for it, a server provides what’s needed, and then the browser turns all of that into the webpage I see.

And somehow, HTML is sitting right in the middle of this whole thing.

There was a point I genuinely started wondering if I would ever win big on Superteam Earn.

And today, my first BIG win finally came through @Aeonian_trade.

This one means a lot to me, so let me give you the backstory.

I've submitted to 70+ bounties on Superteam Earn.

70+.

I dey use my credits finish every month. 😂

And out of all those submissions, my first win was $50.

The next two?

$10 and $10.

Imagine putting in all that work and constantly watching other people collect the wins.

I've been actively contributing to the Solana ecosystem for over 2 years, and honestly, there were moments I wondered if I was just wasting my time.

Then I noticed something.

People like @Oh_Jay0 and @mel_sol1 were winning consistently.

They became my idols.

Not because I wanted to compete with them, but because I wanted to understand what they were doing differently.

So I watched.

I studied.

I learnt from both of them.

And I kept submitting.

I kept writing.

I kept improving.

Even when the wins weren't coming.

And if there's one thing I can say without cap, I LOVE SOLANA.

When @SuperteamEarn didn't pay me, I still supported the ecosystem.

When I lost, I still came back.

When my name wasn't on the winners' list, I still submitted another bounty.

I've written 70+ threads for projects building on Solana through Superteam Earn, plus countless others from my personal series and other bounties.

So this win isn't just about the money.

It's about finally seeing something come back from all the work I've been putting in.

It's the kind of win that makes you look back at all the times you almost gave up and say:

“Thank God I kept going.”

Many losses on Superteam Earn...

But Valhalla?

I finally jam my luck.

And if you're a creator who has been submitting bounties and barely winning anything, I hope you see this and don't give up.

I know how painful it is to put your heart into a submission, wait for the results, and see somebody else's name again.

And again.

And again.

But sometimes you're not losing.

You're building the experience that eventually makes you impossible to ignore.

A man on motion will surely meet his luck.
