In 2019, getting a job in the as a registered nurse who is based in Nigeria or any other parts of Afrika and passed IELTS and CBT was very easy. In fact some people got so many interviews and job offers. In some cases, multiple certificates of sponsorship (CoS).
Fast forward to 2022 after the pandemic, the redlist came in actively. A lot of political back and forth came into play, and the cost of exams and other registration fees skyrocketed. Then, job opportunities steadily declined. (PLS RT 🙏🏽)
Now, there are nurses who have good experiences, vast in their skills, have passed IELTS and CBT, yet no job opportunities talk more of interviews. Some have had to retake their exams because it expired while they were actively searching (PLS RT 🙏🏽)
Despite this, some persons still manage to get job offers, and nurses' feom overseas are still managing to relocate with these same opportunities. How are they managing to do this?
I have spoken with almost 500 nurses in the last few months, and one thing stood out; their personal statement and cover letters, amongst other things.
Here are some websites that will help you prepare an outstanding personal statement for that job application.

I have just compiled 2 for each. There are tons of sites that can help you. All you need to do is to get a sample, then tailor yours accordingly. Don't plagiarise.
If you know other sites for a good sample of cover letters and personal statements, please add in the reply.
Please share this if you come across it on your TL 🙏🏽♥️💯
