Npp being cooked in Kumasi di3, it serious ooo.
There's nothing more painful than being rejected by your own.
So I understand the frustration in the party now.
@TelecelGhana In fact, your service is very poor. How can the network be down for close to three weeks before being restored? 0209428719 is my number, and I regret going to the Telecel Ghana office at Adum to purchase such a liability.
@YaaMaame76272 And where were you when your own party folks were spewing worse garbage every single day without an ounce of remorse or logic? Or does your sense of outrage only wake up when it’s about the NDC? Hypocrisy much?
Today, I received in my office the newly appointed Ashanti Regional Director of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP), Mr. Moro Gausu.
We had a productive engagement on the strategic role of NEIP in supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystem across the region, particularly in empowering our youth, women, and small businesses through innovation, training, and access to funding.
I assured him of the full support of the Regional Coordinating Council as we work together to deepen economic inclusion, create sustainable jobs, and unlock the entrepreneurial potential of the Ashanti Region.
We look forward to a renewed era of impactful collaboration between NEIP and all stakeholders in the region.
Good afternoon, Manasseh.
I hope you are doing well, and I pray this message reaches you in good health and spirit.
My name is Jeff, and I have been living in Sogakope for the past one and a half years. I write to you with deep concern about an alarming and escalating issue that urgently needs attention.
In recent times, the rate of violent killings in Sogakope and its surrounding communities has become disturbingly high. Week after week, lifeless bodies are being discovered, some reportedly linked to ritual activities, others to armed robbery, and a few resulting from misinformation and misidentification.
The disturbing part is that many of these heinous acts are allegedly carried out by young men, especially commercial motorbike riders (commonly known as Okada riders). Yet, the response from local authorities, including the District Chief Executive and the security agencies, has been far from proactive. There is a growing perception among residents that those in charge are either overwhelmed or indifferent to the situation.
To highlight the urgency:
On Tuesday, July 1st, 2025, a Fulani herdsman was brutally murdered. His body was retrieved by the Sogakope District Police and is currently at the morgue awaiting autopsy.
On Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025, an Uber or Bolt driver fell victim to armed robbers and was also found dead.
And today, Tuesday, July 15th, 2025, another male body was discovered in an uncompleted building right here in Sogakope and taken to the mortuary.
This pattern is not only frightening but paints a grim picture of a town losing grip on law and order. The people of Sogakope are living in fear and deserve urgent attention and support. I humbly appeal to you and your media platform to help bring national awareness to this crisis. Your voice can help spark the right intervention and restore some hope to the people here.
Thank you very much for your time, patience, and all you do for the voiceless.
Warm regards,
Jeff
