@TMobile Where the hell am I supposed to access my T-Mobile money at in the T-Life app? Your extremely inconvenient and forced move to a new bank and a new app has screwed quite a few people over. Even after un-installing the app and re-installing the app and clearing the cache
There is still no way to access the money side of things or the Card. Not to mention we lost some features as well. Customer service experience was a Joke today as well, Kept trying to sell us crap even after we had already said no 3 or 4 times.

@TMobileHelp Complete Cell Outage in Greenfield Missouri. Did someone mess up and hit a cable? Been down for at least 4-5 hours. No signal at all just SOS. Multiple Phones and Users in this area report the same.
