@JustEatUK I messaged the team but I was told because of your policy I won’t get a refund. So I just won’t used you again and encourage others to do the same as there is clearly no compensation if drivers are incompetent despite basically anyone being able to become one.

@JustEatUK it’s bad enough you service has introduced loads of unvetted drivers on mopeds who struggle to understand the Highway Code, it seems there is no compensation if they take an age to deliver and the food is stone cold. I think this is the last time I’ll use your service!
