[OFFICIAL] Riot Games announced the EMEA ERLs changes for 2025:

🆕Format
- Each ERL will have more flexibility in their formats, as long as it follows Riot's Split structure.

📺Broadcasts
- Organizers won't need to have an official broadcasts for every match.
- Teams can co-stream ALL the matches, not only their own, if approved by local operators.
- First-person streams is now allowed.

🔁Imports
- ERLs will decide whether their teams are allowed to have 2 or 3 imports from other EMEA leagues per team (previously 3 for all ERLs)

2⃣2nd Division
- Having a 2nd Division will no longer be mandatory.
- A promotion-relegation tournament will remain compulsory, at least once per year.

🏟️Live Events
- Organizers will no longer have requirement to host mandatory live events.

📝Rules
- Loosened rules for third-party competitions.
- Teams & Players will be allowed more flexibility to play outside of ERLs.
- Having Substitutes is no longer required and teams will be allowed to sign emergency subs during the competitions instead.
