@buildwtim@FounderBattle Appreciate it mate 🙌 sounds interesting, especially the ongoing distribution angle. I’ll give FounderBattle a try and see how it goes.
@arexobcd Absolutely. I basically use X as a public journal. As a chronic procrastinator, posting keeps me accountable and forces me to keep showing up.

Started building a new product last week.
Still early, still figuring things out, but I’m going to build this one in public.
I’ll share what I’m building, what works, what fails, and whether I can turn it into a real business.
Let’s see where this goes.

Finally doing the actual work.
Less tweaking. Less overthinking.
Today I’m finding real businesses, reaching out manually, and trying to get Umiplex in front of potential customers.

Is there actually a way to post about your product on Reddit without getting banned? 😭
Every time I look into Reddit as a distribution channel, it feels like:
Mention your product → self-promotion → 🔨 BAN
How are you guys doing it? 😂
For the last 6 months, I've been building in the void.
3 signups. $0 revenue.
I thought I was working hard. Turns out, I was doing a lot of "pretend work."
Then I found @alexwestco's ebook series, and this part felt way too familiar 👇
Still reading. I'll share more as I go.
Did I just build this polished product video in ONE shot? 👀
🎬 @Remotion rendered 3 versions
🧠 @OpenSpec_ mapped every scene
⚡ Codex built the React system
No After Effects. No frame-by-frame edits.
Would you ship this on your landing page? 👇
Found this while doing the sidebar rewrite: dark mode never actually worked.
The layout was wiring next-themes' raw provider instead of our own wrapper. Been broken since whenever we added dark mode.
Nobody complained. That's the scary part.
