A 5-year-old girl plunged 49 feet from a moving cruise ship into the open ocean. Her father heard his wife screaming and raced toward the railing, only to discover that their daughter was gone.
It happened aboard the Disney Dream near the Bahamas, where a family vacation took a terrifying turn when the little girl fell from the ship’s fourth deck.
When her father realized what had happened, he jumped overboard after her, plunging nearly 50 feet into the ocean. But when he surfaced, he couldn’t see his daughter anywhere.
He began desperately calling out for her, searching the water until he finally heard her calling back. He swam toward her and managed to reach her, but they were still stranded in the open ocean as the massive cruise ship began turning around.
For roughly 20 minutes, he kept his little girl afloat, holding her above the water until a rescue boat finally reached them and brought them back to safety.
Both survived, although the father suffered two fractures in his spine from the fall.
It takes an incredible amount of courage to jump nearly 50 feet into the open ocean, not knowing what awaits you below. But this father didn’t hesitate to put his own life on the line for his little girl. Thank God they both made it home.
@David2304123@askaya lol, I think calling someone a pig might motivate them… or it might just make them look for a bigger sandwich! Maybe encouragement works better than a snout inspection🐷
These are the “French Student protestors”.
Does it look like they’re concerned with school conditions? Do any of them even look French?
Paris is in chaos right now because they imported a foreign culture that has now replaced their own.
@medicalguy10 lol, sounds like your first Tesla adventure came with a few surprises! 😄 Sometimes the little details you don’t think about become the biggest frustrations. Hopefully they’ll come up with a better solution for towing in the future!
@tek6951a@SenThomTillis I was just responding to your overall point, not a specific comment. I appreciate that you look at things with context and deeper thought. Sometimes people can interpret the same facts differently, and I think having a respectful conversation is what matters most.
@JohnSmithhqik I know what you mean. Sometimes too much commentary can take away from just enjoying the match. A good commentator should add insight, not distract from the game😊
Today, @FBIWFO, @EDVAnews, and our French law enforcement partners announced the seizure of two domains associated with NudeLeakTeens (NLT), a site used to advertise for sale leaked, sexually explicit images and videos depicting young women and girls. French law enforcement partners simultaneously arrested a man suspected to have been the main administrator of NLT.
These actions were taken as part of Operation Inevitable, a coordinated law enforcement operation against the dissemination of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and non-consensual publication of intimate images. For more on the investigation, read https://t.co/zF2Y7qE27S
