I asked Cleveland native Arvell Reese what his former high school coach Tedd Ginn Sr. has meant to not only his career but his life:
Reese credited Ginn Sr. for changing and ultimately saving his life after becoming the highest draft pick out of Glenville High School, going No. 5 overall to the New York #Giants.
"He literally changed my life. My junior year, I went to his school. I had no offers, and my GPA made me ineligible to get into college. Ginn took me in and told me I could be something. He's the biggest reason I'm in this position. Tedd Ginn Sr. is really a life saver and changer."

Matt Fitzpatrick was asked about his reaction to the crowds down the stretch at the RBC Heritage:
"It didn't get out of line in terms of no one was shouting on backswings or anything like that, which was great. I'm all for it. I love the people -- they're supporting Scottie; that's great. You want golf to have an atmosphere in my opinion. I grew up watching football. I'm paid so much money to be out there in front of those crowds, having them chanting at you every week, it's great feeling.
"However, there's no better feeling than coming out on top against that. There isn't a better feeling."

Mike Vrabel on the most important thing he's learned about building a culture in the NFL.
"I've learned that we can have different personalities. We can't have different mentalities."
Strong cultures don’t ask people to be the same. They ask people to commit to the same standards and non-negotiables.
