Another Tragedy in Howell Branch Rd, last night our Beloved Puppy Dog got hit by a MEAN Reckless driver and died. DRIVER was going too fast, I WISH CITY COULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. Ours was the 4th puppy getting hit. We are so DEVASTATED 😞😞😭
