fitness apps usually track whether you worked out
@squadletics adds a different layer: commitment
you put a small stake behind your workout plan
if you complete your sessions, you can earn from the reward pool
if you miss them, your stake can become part of the pool for consistent users
so the idea isn’t just tracking fitness
it’s using incentives to make consistency more meaningful

simple mechanics, but an interesting experiment in turning financial incentives into fitness discipline💎

Today's gym session wasn't just about training it was also about discovering a new experience.
▫️I spent some time exploring the Squadletics Mini App, and I genuinely like the direction the team is taking.
▫️The combination of fitness and Web3 feels natural, and the reward system gives users an extra reason to stay consistent.
▫️I also shared some feedback on areas like onboarding, challenge details, camera guidance, and user progression because I think small improvements there could make an already promising experience even better.
Looking forward to seeing what the team builds next.

good morning everyone 🌿
i hope today gives you a little time
to enjoy your own company
a good drink
some music
maybe a walk outside
nothing complicated

the more i look at physical ai the more i think the real edge won’t just be the robot
it will be the data loop behind it
a robot can collect thousands of trajectories
but quantity alone doesn’t make the model smarter
what matters is knowing where the model fails
what it is missing
and what data should be collected next
that’s where @axisrobotics gets interesting
using model performance as feedback turns data collection into a continuous loop
failure → find the gap → collect targeted data → train → test again
that feels much closer to how physical intelligence should actually scale
the winners in physical ai might not only be the teams building better robots
they could be the ones building the smartest data engine behind them.

task availability matters when you have thousands of contributors trying to collect real world data
having testers take public slots was creating unnecessary friction especially for Challenger tasks
moving Challenger testing to staging and limiting regular task testing to 2 slots feels like the right move
the goal should be simple
keep testing thorough without making contributors fight for every available slot
glad to see @axisrobotics listening to the community and improving the system based on real usage
and shoutout to the 4 testers keeping the mechanics in check behind the scenes❤️🔥

the bot crackdown from @axisrobotics is actually more important than it looks
✅️127 scripted farming accounts banned
✅️28 linked referral accounts removed
and trajectory replay detection upgraded
but the bigger point is the data
▫️if physical ai is going to learn from community generated trajectories, those trajectories need to represent real human interaction
▫️fake runs might inflate activity for a while, but they add noise to the training pipeline and make the whole dataset less useful
▫️so protecting real contributors isn’t just about keeping the leaderboard fair
▫️it’s about protecting the quality of the data that future robots will learn from
that’s the part i find most important
