Pejalanan lintas negara Malaysia - Thailand menggunakan kereta api akan menjadi pengalaman yang berkesan.

Diawali dengan perjalanan pertama dari KL Sentral ke Padang Besar (perbatasan Malaysia - Thailand) sejauh ±500 km menggunakan kereta ETS Platinum yang ditempuh dalam waktu 5 jam 30 menit. Kereta ETS Platinum yang dioperasikan oleh KTMB ini melaju hingga kecepatan 140 km/h.

Pada perjalanan ini saya membeli tiket kelas bisnis seharga RM181 (Rp580.000) & memilih single seat. Tiket dibeli secara online 2 bulan sebelum hari keberangkatan.
