Trump and Scam Bondi demanding the Epstein files’ release only to turn around and try to bury them reeks of a cover-up—whether it’s to protect themselves, their allies, or because there’s nothing there and they’ve spun a propaganda campaign. The refusal to fully disclose the files only deepens the suspicion that Trump wants leverage over those implicated, not justice. BREAKING: Jeffrey Epstein's older brother Mark Epstein torches the Trump administration for shoving their foot "further down their mouth" by trying to sweep the entire scandal under the rug and says that he "laughed" at their memo.

And he pointed out a major problem with their story...

"Every time they say something or do something to try to quash the fact that he was most likely murdered, they just put their foot further down their mouth," Epstein told NewsNation’s Chris Cuomo.

Over the weekend, a Justice Department memo leaked which claimed that there is no Epstein client list, no evidence that the billionaire pedophile blackmailed powerful people, and no reason to believe that he was murdered. Backlash was immediate, with many clamoring to point out that Trump's Attorney General Pam Bondi had previously stated that the Epstein client list was waiting on her desk to be reviewed.

Epstein's brother took aim at MAGA FBI Director Kash Patel, a conspiracy theorist who has been singing a different tune since he was folded into the administration. Epstein pointed to Patel's choice to list his "his credentials as a prosecutor and other such things" to support his contention that Jeffrey Epstein's death was a suicide. He boiled Patel's remarks down to "You know a suicide when you see it."

"So the questions that popped into my mind was, first of all, Number one how many suicides has he seen? Number one," said Epstein. "Two, is he a forensic pathologist? Does he have a medical degree? Does he have a certificate that he passed a CPR course? Does he have a Boy Scout merit badge for first aid? What is he basing his expertise on?"

Crucially, he pointed out that Patel was nowhere near the jail cell room when his brother was discovered unresponsive.

"So, every time they say something, when Kash Patel came out with that statement, I laughed at how stupid it was," said Mark Epstein.

Most damningly, Epstein revealed that he requested footage from the camera outside of his brother's cell, specifically from 10 p.m. to noon the following day. Although he made the request under the Freedom of Information Act, he was denied access, supposedly because it was an ongoing investigation. When the investigation concluded, he was suddenly told that the cameras did not show the area in question.

Now, the Trump administration has released footage that they claim shows the area outside of Jeffrey Epstein's cell on the night that he died. Notably, there is a minute missing from the timecode between 11:58:58 p.m. to 12:00:00 a.m.

Bondi has claimed that Bureau of Prisons resets the video every night and insisted that this alleged protocol explains the gap.

Of course, even if that's true it doesn't explain why Mark Epstein was originally told that the footage didn't exist.

Something clearly isn't adding up here and it likely has to do with the fact that Donald Trump was close friends with Jeffrey Epstein, called him a "terrific guy," and has been accused by Elon Musk of being in the Epstein files. As they say in horror films, the call is coming from inside the house.
