19A: I think it is important for students to realize that their past, present, and future learning is very important for their future. I believe they are more motivated to learn when they realize that connection.@Sundown_e #SEbus18

[Mary McBride @marybmcbride]

18A: I definitely agree! I have been blessed all my years teaching second grade at Sundown working with amazing teammates. We always listen to each other’s new ideas and work together to best see our students succeed.@Sundown_e #SEbus18

17A: I feel that I face many instances in life that can be taken as “Leaps of Faith.” I agree with George’s outlook on not letting fear get in the way of things that you can want to accomplish.#SEbus18 @Sundown_e

[Mary McBride @marybmcbride]

16A: I think the most important rule is to listen to them. There are people we encounter in life that act like they are listening but in reality are not. I think it is important to be an active listener and care about what others have to say.@Sundown_e #SEbus18

[Mary McBride @marybmcbride]

15A: Being around people that are enthusiastic in life is so very refreshing! It brightens my day and makes me realize to see the positive in more situations . #SEbus18 @Sundown_e

[Mary McBride @marybmcbride]

14A: I believe that if you use your own personal beliefs and visions to strengthen others in a positive way you are leading with the heart. #SEbus18 @Sundown_e

[Mary McBride @marybmcbride]

13A: I believe that trying to be better than someone else is not a way to better your own life. I think you should take that energy and put it towards your own personal goals you set in order for you to see your successes.@Sundown_e #SEbus18

[Mary McBride @marybmcbride]

12A: Yes, I have experienced the feeling of removing energy vampires from my life. I felt when I did, I felt more positive energy in mine.#SEbus18 @Sundown_e

[Mary McBride @marybmcbride]

11Q: We all encounter energy vampires in life. All we can do is try to have them focus on the positive and not negative things in life.#SEbus18 @Sundown_e

[Mary McBride @marybmcbride]

10Q: I think Rule #4 is important because as teachers we need to share our positive energy with our team and co-workers. The more positive energy we create on our SE bus, the more positive atmosphere we create here at school. #SEbus18 @Sundown_e

9Q Unfortunately I can’t see any great shots from yesterday. I am comforted that I was able to be there for my daughter as she goes through a very difficult time dealing with the loss of a very good friend over the weekend.#SEbus18 @Sundown_e

[Mary McBride @marybmcbride]

7Q Positive energy is needed to overcome a negative event for sure. Without it , it is difficult to move forward. #SEbus18 @Sundown_e

[Mary McBride @marybmcbride]

6Q: I think change is difficult for me at times. You get used to routines not only in your career but home life as well. On the other hand, good changes are welcome if they are positive ones. #SEbus18 @Sundown_e

[Mary McBride @marybmcbride]

5Q: My vision for my career is to continue to grow professionally . I want to also continue to work with the most amazing staff and teammates anyone could ever ask for! #SEbus18 @Sundown_e

[Mary McBride @marybmcbride]

Being the driver of my own bus means to me not to blame others for my actions or feelings. It is my responsibility to change the negative things to positive things in my life. #SEbus18 @Sundown_e

[Mary McBride @marybmcbride]

2A: I think George at this time just sees the news from the mechanic another negative thing he doesn’t need in his life right now. I dont think he has realized that his life has probably been saved by what he was told.@Sundown_e SEbus18

[Mary McBride @marybmcbride]

1A:I definitely have had days like George had. And I get uplifted when I talk to my family and friends and they make everything seem not so bad at all. We all need that positive energy in our lives. @Sundown_e #SEbus18
