@nasubijutsu just finished your wonderful book! What a beautiful read! We were supposed to visit Tokyo in March 2020 but it was cancelled. Hoping it will finally happen in March 2022. We will miss our little calico cat, but hope we might see one on our travels in Japan ❤️

Not a good look for @British_Airways to be only airline not helping customers who'd booked to travel for Tokyo marathon. I get it's not their fault/problem it was cancelled, but equally if reports of other airlines are true it's pretty bad for our national carrier to be outlier.

@British_Airways The Tokyo Marathon has been cancelled due to Coronavirus. You won’t refund me or help. I have lost £3200. 😔 Other airlines are going out of their way to refund runners. I am pleading with you to help me & runners like me.
Please be kind. I didn’t book Ryanair.

@Delta I am not at the airport! This was last Tuesday. You sent me over to the other terminal as I was put on a virgin flight. You said they’d sort it but when I got there they said I’d need to contact you! I wasn’t up for walking all the way back as I’d run the marathon the day before
