@TeamKnowhowUK so good to see your customer service is indiscriminately terrible. Why have I not had any contact when I've been trying to return my item for MONTHS. Again it arrived broken in May and after receiving lies about attempted collections I've been ignored.

Still waiting... I've been trying to arrange a collection for a coffee machine that was broken when it arrived in May. You claimed you'd arranged a collection but I'd missed it (I was in all day so that was a lie) and I've been ignored twice on Facebook messenger since July.
