I affirm how intentional @RoundRockISD is in providing a framework rooted in the @HoldsworthCentr and District Core Values and Leadership values for teachers designing Teacher Led e-learning which we will transition to at a later date. Proud that equity is part of the equation!
The @RoundRockISD Home Learning Hub is live. Two weeks of enrichment activities for students to engage with while we are closed. https://t.co/IM8E27orcm #rrisd1family#txed
The importance of safeguarding educators' mental health is easy to overlook, but HGSE alumnus Henry Stetson argues better resources for teachers leads to better educational outcomes. https://t.co/RrXIGmYsim
Wanting to express some gratitude this morning for @AmyLGrosso. What a blessing she is to so many - in RRISD and beyond! Thank you @AliRRISD and @marymax789 for bringing her to ILead on Wednesday. She was the breath of fresh air I needed!

When students arrive every morning they walk to class with music and dancing. Even our parents enjoy this! Happy start to our day every day @BerkmanAIA
Many years ago I heard a leader say to teachers “Perception is everything,” and I could only think that perception ends up being nothing. It’s what you actually do that matters.
Image or integrity: Which do you want to be known for? Focus on building who you are as a leader rather than the image you want to project. That, I can assure you, will help you become a leader who makes a real and lasting impact.
Not all teachers desire to leave the classroom & move into admin! But, they may desire more leadership within the school. We need a model shift in education where great talent is not promoted away, but given more pay/responsibility in the school! Creating a dynamic school culture
I think the most powerful instructional leadership can be seen in the collaboration of teachers who are motivating each other to raise the bar. Positive peer pressure from colleagues is more meaningful than supervisory pressure from administrators.
You may have an eloquently crafted philosophy of education. You may have developed a killer resume. But what I’m much more interested in… is how you treat the students who might seem unlovable… and how you respond to a colleague who needs help.
Is that a conga line?? You bet it is when you are in the Instructional Cha Chas workshop! Thank you so much @lnickelsen1 for an incredible two days of fun and engaging learning. What an opportunity for alignment and common focus in CRLC! #RRISD1Family, @nancy_ag2000, @MandyRRISD
I can’t say enough great things about this amazing Cedar Ridge coaching team that does so much for kids and teachers. Beyond blessed to work with them! 😊❤️
